Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once delivered.

As fragrances are personal-use products, we cannot verify whether a bottle has been opened, tested, or used. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any perfume orders.

Edition by GK does not accept returns on perfumes after delivery.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• Your order was not delivered.
• Your parcel was received in a severely damaged condition.

To process a refund request, customers must provide valid proof, including:

• Clear unboxing video (recommended)
• Photos of the damaged parcel and product
• Order details

Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.

All orders at Edition by GK are processed on an advance payment basis.

As many of our fragrances are in high demand and prepared specifically for customer orders, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Minor packaging variations
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
