If your parcel arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered due to a shipping issue, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.
